Horizon Science Academy Belmont Elementary
Founded in 2013, Horizon Science Academy Belmont is a K–8 charter public school serving about 525 students with a strong focus on math, science, and technology to prepare them for college and the global workforce. The school fosters a diverse, high-expectation culture built on accountability and strong partnerships among students, staff, and families, and is operated by Concept Schools, a nonprofit charter management organization.

Concept Model
Horizon Science Academy Belmont is managed by Concept Schools, an award-winning charter management organization that assists over 40 schools across the Midwest. Since 1999, Concept has built a reputation for providing a wide array of services for its network of schools, including its STEM-focused curricula that has put students in a position to succeed after they graduate high school. It has been around almost as long as the charter school movement and has been a great partner in helping Horizon Science Academy Belmont get to the point it is at today.
